I thought the look of the hotel was very interesting - a unique blend of modern and old. I also liked the nice shampoo, conditioner, etc. that were provided. The cookie given to me upon check-in was also a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was nicely kept up. The shuttle driver was awesome he was very helpful and considerate.

Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The bar and restaurant were quite lovely. The lobby was beautiful. Wonderful historic elements. Close to or in the center of University Circle.

Its wasn't perfect, but that's to be expected for a Hotel that is 92 years old. The history and the all the antique features were what made this place so great. The staff was outstanding

The old style building was amazing to see, it has been restored to bring out its turn of the century architecture and beauty. The bar and grill has good food and a nice atmosphere.
